Summit’s Tuberculosis Programme
Summit identified a novel series of molecules that show excellent levels of efficacy against both replicating and non-replicating TB.
In October 2008 Summit entered into a co-development agreement for this programme with the Lilly TB Drug Discovery Initiative. Click here to read the Press Release (PDF 79 KB). The public-private partnership was set up by Eli Lilly & Co and the Initiative will fund the future development of this programme with Summit retaining exclusive rights over the compounds for all indications in the developed world.
